Executive Chef/Owner Wesley T Beard, has developed his talent over the past two decades, cultivating a passion for food that has taken him across the globe in search of various types of cuisine. Meticulous in his insistence to serve only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients, Wes brings his extensive knowledge of the world’s flavors to Rutabaga’s menus, consistently delighting and surprising his customers’ senses of taste, smell and sight.

Chef Tyler Smith, a native of Idaho Falls joined Rutabagas kitchen staff in October of 2007. He graduated from the New England Culinary Institute. With his experience in Boston, New York City, Vale and most recently San Francisco.
